I specialize in life-changing weight loss, wellness, and lifestyle programs individualized to a person’s goals and specific needs. I create awareness, which gives clients the freedom to choose a healthier life, one full of health and energy. Changing one step at a time gives my clients the chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically. People become empowered and no longer choose the viscious cycle that keeps them overweight and depressed. They have the freedom of choice to live their lives to the fullest.
My clients will be motivated and ready to make a change in their lives towards better health, whatever that means for them. They will be positive, open-minded people who want to make a difference in this world by first growing themselves, and thus, touching their families and others as a result.
I am invested in my clients and strive to exceed expectations of what they want and need. I care about them as individuals and am thrilled to see transformation of a client’s body and life.

$150 1 Month Plan
$400 12 Week Transformation (3 mos)
$800 1 Year Special!
(Year Program must be 1 lump payment)
Social Security, Disability, and Low Income Programs available with proof of income.
To guide you from being a dieter to being a healthy eater. Topics may include binge eating, emotional eating, night eating, stress relief, essential oils, creation of healthy meals or smoothies, developing a movement program (even if you're disabled) and more depending on your unique needs.
My personal goal for you is that you will NEVER DIET AGAIN. I never want you to have to go through the misery. Healthy living is not a fast paced weight loss plan, it's more moderate, BUT it is sustainable. There really are reasons that diets don't work. Let's talk.
Each program includes a one hour phone session each week. Notes from your sessions will be texted or emailed to you. You may also text your coach between sessions for extra motivation or support. Motivational or informative texts may be sent to you to help you get through your week.
ALL programs are non refundable because while I can refund your money, you cannot refund my time. You are also more likely to stay on your program if you make a full commitment to it.
